Sujet :
Le projet concerne le développement de méthodes d’apprentissage statistique spatialisées pour la modélisation de la signalisation moléculaire spatiale et la cartographie de tumeurs par immunohistochimie.

The project will be to develop spatial machine learning methods to study spatial molecular signaling and immunohistochemical mapping approaches.

Profil du candidat :
Le·la candidat·e devra avoir une solide formation en bioinformatique et/ou machine learning. Une connaissance préalable des approches en cellules uniques sera appréciée mais non nécessaire. Une compétence en statistique spatiale serait un plus. Le contrat peut démarrer rapidement.

Formation et compétences requises :
The candidate should have a solid background in bioinformatics and/or machine learning. Prior knowledge of single cell approaches will be appreciated but not mandatory. Prior knowledge in spatial statistics would be very helpful. The contract can start quickly.
