[Call for Abstracts and Participation] AIAE’23, The 3rd International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Engineering @ Paris-Saclay, December 7th, 2023
We are pleased to announce the third edition of International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Engineering, AIAE’23: https://aiae23.sciencesconf.org, which will be held in December 7, 2023 at Institut Pascal, Paris-Saclay, France.
The workshop aims at bringing together academics and industrials to discuss recent advances and challenges in augmenting engineering systems, in particular those leveraging physical simulation, by machine learning including deep learning [Please refer to the detailed scope below for more information]. During this day, keynote talks and selected contributed presentations will be focused on recent advances in this field of hybrid Artificial Intelligence.
Call for Abstracts and Participation:
We kindly invite and encourage prospective participants to submit abstracts by November 6th (please refer to the website for any update) via the following link https://aiae23.sciencesconf.org/ Participants with selected abstracts will have the possibility to give contributed oral presentations during the workshop. The contributions or participation of PhD students and Postdocs are particularly encouraged.
We also kindly offer the possibility to participate for people who wish to attend without contributing with and abstract submission.
The registration is free for all, but is mandatory, by December 1st . The program also includes free buffet lunch and coffee breaks.

Scope: The scope of the workshop includes but is not limited to the following topics :
– Handling and explaining the massive output data of heavy numerical simulations
– Accelerating numerical simulations with Deep / Machine Learning
Improving the accuracy or the robustness of simulations with Machine Learning
– Learning to solve ODEs and PDEs
– Discovering mechanistic/behavioral models from data
Incorporating physical constraints in Deep Learning
– Providing support in augmented decision making for complex systems
– Knowledge extraction and reasoning techniques from heterogeneous data
