Contexte :
The Sesstim is a multidisciplinary group with research interest in Artificial intelligence applied to health.
This post doc would be carried out in collaboration with data scientist, oncologist and bio statisticiens.

Sujet :
Applying deep learning and machine learning techniques to model the medical pathway of elderly patients recovering from cancer and predicting fatal events. The data used for the analysis will be electronic health records and medical reimbursement data.

Profil du candidat :
Good knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning approaches.
Python programming, ( Keras, tensorflow, scikit learn)
Data cleaning and preparation skills.
Capacity of dealing with large scale datasets
Good publication records in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence.

Formation et compétences requises :
PhD in computer science or artificial intelligence.

Master in Computer Science or related field.

Solid programming knowledge
