The 9th Workshop on Hyperspectral Image and Signal Processing: Evolution in Remote Sensing (WHISPERS)
will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on september 23-26.
As usual, any aspect related to spectroscopy, imaging spectroscopy or hyperspectral sensing, is relevant (sensor design, calibration, denoising, band selection, feature extraction, unmixing, machine learning, applications…).
The submission website is now open, with a submission deadline on april 15, 2018.

Please note that this year, there are three different possible submission formats.
– Abstract only (1 page): accepted submissions will be included in the conference program, but will NOT be submitted for publication on IEEE Xplore.
– Full papers (up to 5 pages): accepted submissions will be included in the conference program and will be submitted for publication on IEEE Xplore.
– Presentation of a relevant accepted journal publication: accepted submissions will be included in the conference program, but will NOT be submitted for publication on IEEE Xplore (the content is already referenced by the accepted journal paper).
